Article 12, paragraph 3, does not apply to a reseller who does not reside or is not established in the Netherlands and does not have a permanent establishment there, who supplies goods with the application of Article 28b, 28c or 28d.
Artikel 12, derde lid, is niet van toepassing ten aanzien van een wederverkoper die niet in Nederland woont of is gevestigd en aldaar geen vaste inrichting heeft, die goederen levert met toepassing van artikel 28b, 28c of 28d.
