Any person who unlawfully makes any alteration to a performance, to the title thereof, or to the designation of the performing artist, or who in any other manner prejudices such a performance in a way that could cause harm to the honour or the reputation of the performing artist or to his value in that capacity, shall be punished by a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months or a fine of the fourth category.
Hij die opzettelijk in een uitvoering, in de benaming daarvan of in de aanduiding van de uitvoerende kunstenaar wederrechtelijk enige wijziging aanbrengt, of wel een zodanige uitvoering op enige andere wijze, welke nadeel zou kunnen toebrengen aan de eer of de naam van de uitvoerende kunstenaar of aan zijn waarde in deze hoedanigheid, aantast, wordt gestraft met gevangenisstraf van ten hoogste zes maanden of geldboete van de vierde categorie.
