Our Minister shall impose an administrative fine on the person subject to the integration requirement who has not completed the participation declaration trajectory or the Labour Market and Participation module within the period referred to in Article 11, paragraph 1, or the period extended pursuant to Article 12.
Our Minister shall, in the penalty notice, set a new period of no more than two years within which the person subject to a civic integration requirement shall, after the notification of the penalty notice, nonetheless complete the participation statement process or the Labour Market and Participation module; Article 12, paragraph 1, point (a), shall apply mutatis mutandis with respect to the new period, and further rules shall be established by ministerial regulation regarding the new period.
Our Minister shall impose an administrative fine on the person subject to the integration requirement who has not completed the participation statement procedure or the Labour Market and Participation module within the period established pursuant to the second paragraph, or the period extended pursuant to Article 12. The second paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis.
As long as the person subject to the integration requirement (inburgeringsplichtige) does not complete the participation statement procedure (participatieverklaringstraject) or the Labour Market and Participation module (module Arbeidsmarkt en Participatie) after the expiry of the period set pursuant to the third paragraph, Our Minister shall impose an administrative fine every two years.
Onze Minister legt een bestuurlijke boete op aan de inburgeringsplichtige die het participatieverklaringstraject of de module Arbeidsmarkt en Participatie niet heeft afgerond binnen de in artikel 11, eerste lid, bedoelde termijn, of de op grond van artikel 12 verlengde termijn.
Onze Minister stelt in de boetebeschikking een nieuwe termijn van ten hoogste twee jaar waarbinnen de inburgeringsplichtige na het bekendmaken van de boetebeschikking alsnog het participatieverklaringstraject of de module Arbeidsmarkt en Participatie afrondt. Artikel 12, eerste lid, onderdeel a, is van overeenkomstige toepassing ten aanzien van de nieuwe termijn. Bij ministeriële regeling worden nadere regels gesteld met betrekking tot de nieuwe termijn.
Onze Minister legt de inburgeringsplichtige die niet binnen de op grond van het tweede lid vastgestelde termijn, of de op grond van artikel 12 verlengde termijn, het participatieverklaringstraject of de module Arbeidsmarkt en Participatie heeft afgerond een bestuurlijke boete op. Het tweede lid is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Zolang de inburgeringsplichtige na het verstrijken van de op grond van het derde lid gestelde termijn het participatieverklaringstraject of de module Arbeidsmarkt en Participatie niet afrondt, legt Onze Minister iedere twee jaar een bestuurlijke boete op.
