in forceOur Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport shall send to the States General, within five years after the entry into force of the Act of 25 August 2023 amending the Artificial Insemination Donor Data Act in connection with the second evaluation of the act, the action plan for the support of donor-conceived children and the transformation of the Artificial Insemination Donor Data Foundation into a public law independent administrative body (Stb. 2023, 294), and subsequently every five years thereafter, a report on the effectiveness and the effects of this act in practice.
Onze Minister van Volksgezondheid, Welzijn en Sport zendt binnen vijf jaar na de inwerkingtreding van de Wet van 25 augustus 2023 tot wijziging van de Wet donorgegevens kunstmatige bevruchting in verband met de tweede evaluatie van de wet, het actieplan ter ondersteuning van donorkinderen en de omvorming van de Stichting donorgegevens kunstmatige bevruchting tot publiekrechtelijk zelfstandig bestuursorgaan (Stb. 2023, 294), en vervolgens telkens na vijf jaar, aan de Staten-Generaal een verslag over de doeltreffendheid en de effecten van deze wet in de praktijk.
