The COA may agree with the municipal executive (college van burgemeester en wethouders) that the municipal executive is responsible for the operation of a reception facility.
2.
By or pursuant to an Order in Council, rules may be laid down regarding the operation by the municipal executive.

Het COA kan met het college van burgemeester en wethouders overeenkomen dat het college verantwoordelijk is voor de exploitatie van een opvangvoorziening.
2.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur kunnen regels worden gesteld over exploitatie door het college.
