in forceNotwithstanding Article 2 of the ABP Privatisation Act, the persons employed by the COA are not public employees within the meaning of that Act. Article 15 of the Framework Act does not apply.
In afwijking van artikel 2 van de Wet privatisering ABP zijn de bij het COA werkzame personen geen overheidswerknemer in de zin van die wet. Artikel 15 van de Kaderwet is niet van toepassing.
