in forceThe articles of this Act shall only apply to foreign nationals who derive rights from the Additional Protocol to the Agreement establishing an Association between the European Economic Community and Turkey or Association Decision 1/80 of the EEC/Turkey Association Council, insofar as they do not impose new restrictions as referred to in Article 41 of that Protocol and Article 13 of that Decision.
De artikelen van deze wet zijn slechts op vreemdelingen die rechten ontlenen aan het Aanvullend Protocol bij de Overeenkomst waarbij een associatie tot stand gebracht wordt tussen de Europese Economische Gemeenschap en Turkije of het Associatiebesluit 1/80 van de Associatieraad EEG/Turkije van toepassing, voor zover ze geen nieuwe beperkingen als bedoeld in artikel 41 van dat protocol en artikel 13 van dat besluit opleveren.
