The employer who fails to comply with his obligation as referred to in Article 13 shall be punished by detention for a term not exceeding one month or a fine of the second category.
De werkgever, die zijn verplichting als bedoeld in artikel 13 niet nakomt, wordt gestraft met hechtenis van ten hoogste een maand of geldboete van de tweede categorie.
