Without prejudice to Article 149a, rules may be established by Order in Council regarding the charging of costs associated with the processing of an application to the applicant for an exemption.
Onverminderd artikel 149a kunnen bij algemene maatregel van bestuur regels worden vastgesteld omtrent het ten laste van de aanvrager van een ontheffing brengen van de aan de behandeling van de aanvraag verbonden kosten.
