1.
Intelligent transport systems as referred to in the directive shall comply with the specifications established pursuant to the directive.
2.
Additional rules may be established by ministerial regulation for the implementation of the directive.

Intelligente vervoerssystemen als bedoeld in de richtlijn voldoen aan de op grond van de richtlijn vastgestelde specificaties.
2.
Bij ministeriele regeling kunnen ter uitvoering van de richtlijn aanvullende regels worden gesteld.
