The person who, pursuant to Article 78, is charged with the issuance of inspection certificates shall notify the manager of the vehicle registration register of the intention to issue such a certificate in the manner to be determined by ministerial regulation. Notification of the refusal to issue an inspection certificate shall be given in cases to be determined by ministerial regulation.
Degene die ingevolge artikel 78 met de afgifte van keuringsbewijzen is belast, doet van het voornemen tot de afgifte van zodanig bewijs op de bij ministeriële regeling te bepalen wijze mededeling aan de beheerder van het kentekenregister. Van de weigering van de afgifte van een keuringsbewijs wordt mededeling gedaan in bij ministeriële regeling vast te stellen gevallen.
