For the application of Article 160, with regard to the obligation to bring a motor vehicle to a stop as referred to in the first paragraph and the fourth, fifth and seventh paragraphs, and of Articles 162, first paragraph, 163 and 164, the person who, in accordance with the condition referred to in Article 1, first paragraph, under n, is deemed to be driving the motor vehicle under the immediate supervision of the driver, shall be equated with the driver of a motor vehicle.
Voor de toepassing van artikel 160, voor wat betreft de in het eerste lid bedoelde verplichting tot het doen stilhouden van een motorrijtuig en het vierde, vijfde en zevende lid, en van de artikelen 162, eerste lid, 163 en 164 wordt met de bestuurder van een motorrijtuig gelijkgesteld degene die overeenkomstig de in artikel 1, eerste lid, onderdeel n, bedoelde voorwaarde geacht wordt het motorrijtuig onder onmiddellijk toezicht van de bestuurder te besturen.
