The Netherlands Vehicle Authority (Dienst Wegverkeer) is, in accordance with rules to be established by ministerial regulation, obliged to destroy the registration plates submitted to that authority in accordance with Article 70i, paragraphs three and four.
De Dienst Wegverkeer is, overeenkomstig bij ministeriële regeling vast te stellen regels, verplicht tot vernietiging van de overeenkomstig artikel 70i, derde en vierde lid, bij die dienst ingeleverde kentekenplaten.
