Without prejudice to Article 21, it is prohibited to offer for sale or to place on the market vehicles designated by Order in Council without complying with the requirements laid down in the Order regarding the availability of consumer information on fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
Onverminderd artikel 21 is het verboden bij algemene maatregel van bestuur aan te wijzen voertuigen op de markt aan te bieden of in de handel te brengen zonder dat aan in de maatregel gestelde eisen wat betreft de beschikbaarheid van consumenteninformatie over het brandstofverbruik en de CO2 uitstoot wordt voldaan.
