The management board represents the CBR in and out of court.
The management board may, under its responsibility, delegate the representation referred to in the first paragraph to one or more members of the management board or to other persons. It may determine that this representation relates exclusively to specific parts of the tasks of the CBR or to specific matters.
De directie vertegenwoordigt het CBR in en buiten rechte.
De directie kan onder haar verantwoordelijkheid de vertegenwoordiging, bedoeld in het eerste lid, opdragen aan een of meer directieleden of andere personen. Zij kan bepalen dat deze vertegenwoordiging uitsluitend betrekking heeft op bepaalde onderdelen van de taak van het CBR dan wel op bepaalde aangelegenheden.
