As long as the budget has not been approved, the management board is entitled, for a period of no more than the first six months of the new financial year, to make expenditures for each month in an amount equal to 115% of one-twelfth of the budget of the preceding financial year.
Zolang de begroting niet is goedgekeurd, is de directie gerechtigd gedurende ten hoogste de eerste zes maanden van het nieuwe boekjaar voor iedere maand uitgaven te doen ter grootte van 115% van een twaalfde deel van de begroting van het voorafgaande boekjaar.
