The management board shall submit the multi-annual financial policy plan, which has been approved by the supervisory board, to Our Minister before 1 October preceding the financial year.
Rules may be established by regulation of Our Minister regarding the structure of the multi-annual financial policy plan, and points of attention may be determined for the audit by the auditor.
De directie dient het financiële meerjarenbeleidsplan, waarmee de raad van toezicht heeft ingestemd, voor 1 oktober voorafgaand aan het boekjaar, in bij Onze Minister.
Bij regeling van Onze Minister kunnen regels worden gesteld over de inrichting van het financiële meerjarenbeleidsplan en kunnen aandachtspunten worden vastgesteld voor de accountantscontrole.
