Article 5
in forceThe Royal Dutch Association of Notaries (Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie), referred to in Article 60 of the Notaries Act, shall, immediately after registration, transfer the deeds referred to in Article 106, paragraph 1, of Book 4 of the Civil Code, against a receipt, to a general repository of protocols as referred to in Article 57 of the Notaries Act.
De Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie, genoemd in artikel 60 van de Wet op het notarisambt doet de in artikel 106, eerste lid, van Boek 4 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek bedoelde akten onverwijld na de registratie tegen ontvangstbewijs overbrengen naar een algemene bewaarplaats van protocollen als bedoeld in artikel 57 van de Wet op het notarisambt.
