This Convention is open for signature by all States.

The Secretary-General of the United Nations is designated as the depositary of this Convention.

This Convention shall be ratified. The instruments of ratification shall be deposited with the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

This Convention is open to accession by all States. Accession shall be effected by the deposit of an instrument of accession with the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

Dit Verdrag staat open voor ondertekening door alle Staten.

De Secretaris-Generaal van de Verenigde Naties is aangewezen als depositaris van dit Verdrag.

Dit Verdrag dient te worden bekrachtigd. De akten van bekrachtiging dienen te worden nedergelegd bij de Secretaris-Generaal van de Verenigde Naties.

Dit Verdrag staat open voor toetreding door alle Staten. Toetreding vindt plaats door nederlegging van een akte van toetreding bij de Secretaris-Generaal van de Verenigde Naties.
