Article 80

In deviation from Article 8:1 of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht), no appeal may be lodged against:
a.
the decision to close, which has been taken with the application of Article 32, paragraph 6; or
b.
the decision to refrain from considering the application, as referred to in Article 30c, paragraph 1, subparagraph a.
In afwijking van artikel 8:1 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht kan geen beroep worden ingesteld tegen:
a.
het besluit tot afsluiting, dat is genomen met toepassing van artikel 32, zesde lid; of
b.
het besluit tot buitenbehandelingstelling, bedoeld in artikel 30c, eerste lid, onderdeel a.
