1. If the department whose decision is contested considers the appeal to be admissible and well founded, it shall rectify its decision. This shall not apply where the appellant is opposed by another party to the proceedings.
2. If the decision is not rectified within one month after receipt of the statement of grounds, the appeal shall be remitted to the Board of Appeal without delay and without comment as to its merits.
1. Indien de instantie waarvan de beslissing betwist wordt, het beroep ontvankelijk en gegrond acht, herziet zij haar beslissing. Deze bepaling geldt niet wanneer tegenover de appellant een andere partij staat.
2. Indien de beslissing niet binnen een maand na ontvangst van de uiteenzetting van de gronden herzien wordt, dan wordt het beroep onverwijld voorgelegd aan de kamer van beroep, zonder oordeel over de gronden daarvan.
