Community Designs Regulation 6/2002 · Chapter 12 · In force since None

Source

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the 60th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

2. Applications for registered Community designs may be filed at the Office from the date fixed by the Administrative Board on the recommendation of the President of the Office.

3. Applications for registered Community designs filed within three months before the date referred to in paragraph 2 shall be deemed to have been filed on that date.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.

1. Deze verordening treedt in werking op de zestigste dag volgende op die van haar bekendmaking in het Publicatieblad van de Europese Gemeenschappen.

2. Aanvragen om een ingeschreven Gemeenschapsmodel kunnen vanaf de datum die door de Raad van Bestuur op advies van de voorzitter van het Bureau is vastgesteld bij het Bureau worden ingediend.

3. Aanvragen om een ingeschreven Gemeenschapsmodel die binnen drie maanden vóór de in lid 2 bedoelde datum zijn ingediend, worden geacht op die datum te zijn ingediend.

Deze verordening is verbindend in al haar onderdelen en is rechtstreeks toepasselijk in elke lidstaat.
