Unless otherwise provided in this Title, Title XII of the Regulation on the Community trade mark shall apply to the Office with regard to its tasks under this Regulation.

Tenzij in deze titel anders is bepaald, is titel XII van de verordening inzake het Gemeenschapsmerk van toepassing op de taken van het Bureau in het kader van deze verordening.
