For the purposes of this Regulation, ‘the statutes of the SE’ shall mean both the instrument of incorporation and, where they are the subject of a separate document, the statutes of the SE.
In deze verordening worden met de woorden „de statuten van de SE” zowel de oprichtingsakte bedoeld als de eigenlijke statuten van de SE, indien deze laatste in een afzonderlijke akte zijn opgenomen.
