This Chapter contains policy rules applicable to the implementation of:

the moratorium on decisions (het besluitmoratorium) (paragraph C7/2 Vc);
•.
the departure moratorium (het vertrekmoratorium) (paragraph C7/3 Vc).
These policy rules are a supplement to or an elaboration of Article 35, paragraph 7, of the Procedural Decree (Procedureverordening), Article 43 and Article 45, paragraph 4, of the Aliens Act (Vw).
In dit hoofdstuk zijn beleidsregels opgenomen die gelden bij toepassing van:

het besluitmoratorium (paragraaf C7/2 Vc);
•.
het vertrekmoratorium (paragraaf C7/3 Vc).
Deze beleidsregels zijn een aanvulling op of een uitwerking van artikel 35, zevende lid, Procedureverordening, artikel 43 en artikel 45, vierde lid, Vw.
