The articles of association may determine the destination of the surplus, as referred to in Article 75 of the Regulation, in the event of dissolution, or the manner in which such destination shall be determined.
In de statuten kan de bestemming van het batig saldo, bedoeld in artikel 75 van de Verordening, in geval van ontbinding worden bepaald, of de wijze waarop de bestemming zal worden vastgesteld.
