Petitions pending before a rent tribunal at the time of the entry into force of this Act shall be dealt with by the rent tribunal in accordance with the law applicable prior to the time of the entry into force of this Act.
De op het tijdstip van inwerkingtreding van deze wet bij een huurcommissie aanhangige verzoeken worden met toepassing van het vóór het tijdstip van inwerkingtreding van deze wet geldende recht behandeld door de huurcommissie.
