Insofar as Subsection 2 of Section 5 of Title 7.4 of Book 7 of the Civil Code is partially applicable to lease agreements pursuant to Article 7:247 of the Civil Code, this Act shall apply only to the extent that it follows from that subsection.
The amount of the rent at the commencement of the occupancy, as referred to in Article 7:247 of the Civil Code, above which the aforementioned subsection is partially applicable pursuant to that article, shall be determined by or pursuant to an Order in Council.
By Order in Council, for the application of the rules laid down by or pursuant to this Act, further rules shall be established in addition to Article 7:234 of the Civil Code regarding the distinction between independent and dependent living accommodation.
Op huurovereenkomsten waarop ingevolge artikel 7:247 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek onderafdeling 2 van afdeling 5 van titel 7.4 van Boek 7 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek ten dele van toepassing is, is deze wet slechts van toepassing voorzover dat uit die onderafdeling voortvloeit.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur wordt het in artikel 7:247 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek bedoelde bedrag van de huurprijs bij aanvang van de bewoning vastgesteld, waarboven ingevolge dat artikel voornoemde onderafdeling ten dele van toepassing is.
Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur worden, voor de toepassing van de bij of krachtens deze wet gestelde regels, in aanvulling op artikel 7:234 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek nadere regels gesteld over het onderscheid tussen een zelfstandige en onzelfstandige woonruimte.
