Article 34 of the Regulation does not apply to financial undertakings as referred to in the Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht).
Artikel 34 van de verordening is niet van toepassing op financiële ondernemingen als bedoeld in de Wet op het financieel toezicht.
