The court or the Court of First Instance, as referred to in Article 22A, paragraph 1, respectively, is authorised to issue an order for legal aid assignment to the competent body referred to in Article 22B, paragraph 5. In the event that an appeal has been lodged on the basis of Article 22A, paragraph 4, the President of the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State, or the President of the Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, is authorised to issue the order for legal aid assignment.
By or pursuant to an order in council of the Kingdom (algemene maatregel van rijksbestuur), further rules may be established regarding the implementation of Articles 22A, 22B, and 22C, as well as the remuneration of appointed counsel and the reimbursement of their expenses.
Bevoegd tot het geven van een last tot toevoeging aan het bevoegde orgaan, bedoeld in artikel 22B, vijfde lid, is de rechtbank respectievelijk het Gerecht van eerste aanleg, bedoeld in artikel 22A, eerste lid. Ingeval hoger beroep is ingesteld op grond van artikel 22A, vierde lid, is de voorzitter van de Afdeling bestuursrechtspraak van de Raad van State, dan wel de voorzitter van het Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie van Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten en van Bonaire, Sint Eustatius en Saba bevoegd tot het geven van de last tot toevoeging.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van rijksbestuur kunnen nadere regels worden gesteld omtrent uitvoering van de artikelen 22A, 22B en 22C en de beloning van toegevoegde raadslieden en de vergoeding van hun onkosten.
