Our Minister is an interested party in respect of petitions as referred to in Article 17. The court in The Hague shall hear the State, and the Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba shall hear the public prosecution service.
In derogation from Article 79 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the European part of the Netherlands, Our Minister may act in legal proceedings without a lawyer.
For the interested parties, only an appeal in cassation shall lie against the order.
Onze Minister is belanghebbend inzake verzoeken als bedoeld in artikel 17. De rechtbank te ‘s-Gravenhage hoort de Staat, en het Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie van Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten en van Bonaire, Sint Eustatius en Saba hoort het openbaar ministerie.
In afwijking van artikel 79 van het Wetboek van Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering van het Europese deel van Nederland kan Onze Minister zonder advocaat in rechte optreden.
Voor de belanghebbenden staat van de beschikking uitsluitend beroep in cassatie open.
