Drivers of the motor vehicles referred to in Article 86a, paragraph 1, are prohibited from exceeding the maximum speed determined pursuant to Article 86a.

Het is de bestuurders van de in artikel 86a, eerste lid, bedoelde motorvoertuigen verboden de ingevolge artikel 86a bepaalde maximumsnelheid te overschrijden.
