The municipal executive facilitates the tasks that arise for the relevant implementing organisations in the migration chain from the Aliens Act 2000, the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers Act or from obligations under Union law, so that they can perform these tasks efficiently and effectively.
The working arrangements made between the board and the implementing organisations in the migration chain shall be recorded in writing.
Het college faciliteert de taken die voor de relevante uitvoeringsorganisaties in de migratieketen voortvloeien uit de Vreemdelingenwet 2000, de Wet Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers of uit Unierechtelijke verplichtingen, zodat zij deze taken doelmatig en doeltreffend kunnen uitvoeren.
De tussen het college en de uitvoeringsorganisaties in de migratieketen gemaakte werkafspraken worden schriftelijk vastgelegd.
