Within a period as agreed between the parties or up to three months after the day of dispatch of the award, the parties may lodge an arbitral appeal.
Binnen een termijn als overeengekomen tussen de partijen of tot drie maanden na de dag van verzending van het vonnis, kunnen partijen arbitraal hoger beroep instellen.
