The submission agreement shall contain a description of the matters which the parties wish to submit to arbitration.
2.
By entering into a compromise, the case becomes pending, unless the parties have agreed upon another manner of bringing the case before the court.

Het compromis bevat een aanduiding van hetgeen de partijen aan arbitrage wensen te onderwerpen.
2.
Door het sluiten van een compromis is de zaak aanhangig, tenzij de partijen een andere wijze van aanhangig maken zijn overeengekomen.
