The accounting party may discharge themselves from the balance held by them by payment into the consignment fund (consignatiekas). Such payment may also be ordered upon the petition of interested parties.
De rekenplichtige kan zich van het onder hem berustende saldo bevrijden door storting in de consignatiekas. Deze storting kan ook op vordering van belanghebbenden worden bevolen.
