Insofar as it does not follow otherwise from this Section or from another statutory regulation, the Third Title shall apply mutatis mutandis on appeal, with the proviso that Article 285 shall not apply and that no independent petition (verzoek) may be filed.
Voor zover uit deze afdeling dan wel uit een andere wettelijke regeling niet anders voortvloeit, is de derde titel in hoger beroep van overeenkomstige toepassing, met dien verstande dat artikel 285 niet van toepassing is en dat geen zelfstandig verzoek kan worden gedaan.
