An appeal shall be commenced by a summons in the same form and with the same requirements as those in first instance, without the necessity of expressing the grounds upon which the appeal is based. Article 111, second paragraph, under (i), and third paragraph, shall not apply. In addition to Article 111, second paragraph, the summons shall also state the consequences of the failure to pay the court fee (griffierecht) in a timely manner.
Het hoger beroep wordt aangevangen door een dagvaarding in dezelfde vorm en met dezelfde vereisten als die in eerste aanleg, zonder dat zij de middelen waarop het hoger beroep gegrond is, behoeft uit te drukken. Artikel 111, tweede lid, onder i, en derde lid, is niet van toepassing. In aanvulling op artikel 111, tweede lid, vermeldt de dagvaarding ook de gevolgen van niet tijdige betaling van het griffierecht.
