Article 331

With respect to these legal proceedings, the provisions regarding the legal proceedings in first instance shall apply to the court of appeal.

The court of appeal gives judgment in first instance, as well as in final instance.

Voor het gerechtshof gelden, bij deze rechtsgedingen, de voorschriften, ten aanzien van het rechtsgeding in eerste aanleg.
2.
Het gerechtshof doet uitspraak in eerste aanleg, tevens in hoogste ressort.
