In cases where the filing of the petition (verzoekschrift) does not require to be performed by an advocate, Articles 80 and 81 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
In zaken waarin de indiening van het verzoekschrift niet door een advocaat behoeft te geschieden, zijn de artikelen 80 en 81 van overeenkomstige toepassing.
