In matters concerning minors, the court of the place of residence or, in the absence of a place of residence in the Netherlands, of the actual residence of the minor shall have jurisdiction.
In zaken betreffende minderjarigen is bevoegd de rechter van de woonplaats of, bij gebreke van een woonplaats in Nederland, van het werkelijk verblijf van de minderjarige.
