1.
This Title applies to all matters to which the Third Title does not apply pursuant to Article 261, and insofar as no other specific statutory regulation applies thereto.

The matters referred to in paragraph 1 are designated elsewhere in this Code as: matters which must be initiated by writ of summons.

Deze titel is van toepassing op alle zaken waarop niet ingevolge artikel 261 de derde titel van toepassing is, en voor zover daarop niet een andere, bijzondere wettelijke regeling van toepassing is.

De zaken, bedoeld in het eerste lid, worden elders in dit wetboek aangeduid als: zaken die bij dagvaarding moeten worden ingeleid.
