In the event that cases are pending simultaneously before the same court between the same parties and concerning the same subject matter, or if connected cases are pending before the same court, the joinder thereof may be requested. In these cases, the court may also proceed to joinder ex officio.
Article 220, paragraphs 2 and 3, are applicable to this claim.
In geval voor dezelfde rechter tussen dezelfde partijen en over hetzelfde onderwerp tegelijk zaken aanhangig zijn, of voor dezelfde rechter verknochte zaken aanhangig zijn, kan daarvan de voeging worden gevorderd. In deze zaken kan de rechter ook ambtshalve tot voeging overgaan.
Artikel 220, tweede en derde lid, zijn op deze vordering van toepassing.
