Summons of third parties as a party to the proceedings shall be effected with due observance of the time limits applicable to a writ of summons. If the summons is not effected by the same writ by which the defendant was summoned, the writ by which the defendant was summoned shall be served on the third party together with the summons. Article 111, paragraph 2, opening words and subparagraphs g, h, i, j and k, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Article 128, paragraphs 2, 6 and 7, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Oproepingen van derden als partij in het geding geschieden met inachtneming van de voor dagvaarding geldende termijnen. Indien de oproeping niet geschiedt bij hetzelfde exploot waarmee de gedaagde is gedagvaard, wordt het exploot, waarmee de gedaagde is gedagvaard, met de oproeping aan de derde betekend. Artikel 111, tweede lid, aanhef en onderdelen g, h, i, j en k, zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Artikel 128, tweede, zesde en zevende lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
