If Articles 99 to 108 inclusive do not designate a competent court, the court of the domicile of the petitioner or, if there are multiple petitioners, each of the petitioners shall have jurisdiction, or, in the absence thereof, the court at The Hague.
Wijzen de artikelen 99 tot en met 108 geen bevoegde rechter aan, dan is bevoegd de rechter van de woonplaats van de eiser dan wel, indien er meer eisers zijn, elk van de eisers of, bij gebreke daarvan, de rechter te 's-Gravenhage.
