In matters concerning the validity, the nullity or the dissolution of partnerships or legal persons, the validity, nullity or legal consequences of their decisions or those of their bodies, or the rights and obligations of their members or partners as such, the court of the domicile or the place of establishment of the legal person or the partnership shall also have jurisdiction.
In zaken betreffende de geldigheid, de nietigheid of de ontbinding van vennootschappen of rechtspersonen, de geldigheid, nietigheid of rechtsgevolgen van hun besluiten of die van hun organen dan wel de rechten en verplichtingen van hun leden of vennoten als zodanig, is mede bevoegd de rechter van de woonplaats of de plaats van vestiging van de rechtspersoon of de vennootschap.
