In matters relating to obligations arising from a tortious act, the court of the place where the harmful event occurred shall also have jurisdiction.
In zaken betreffende verbintenissen uit onrechtmatige daad is mede bevoegd de rechter van de plaats waar het schadebrengende feit zich heeft voorgedaan.
