1.
After the Procurator General at the Supreme Court has submitted a written conclusion within a period to be determined by the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court shall issue its order.
2.
Articles 419-424 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
3.
The registrar shall provide a copy of the order to the lawyers without delay.

Nadat de procureur-generaal bij de Hoge Raad binnen een door de Hoge Raad te bepalen termijn schriftelijk conclusie heeft genomen, geeft de Hoge Raad zijn beschikking.
2.
De artikelen 419-424 zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
3.
De griffier verstrekt onverwijld een afschrift van de beschikking aan de advocaten.
