Article 424

The court to which the case has been referred shall continue the proceedings and decide with due observance of the judgment of the Supreme Court (Hoge Raad).
De rechter, naar wie het geding is verwezen, zet de behandeling daarvan voort en beslist met inachtneming van de uitspraak van de Hoge Raad.
