Article 416

The designated advocate shall continue to represent the party until either another advocate at the Supreme Court has been designated by that party by means of a writ served upon the opposing party, or the advocate himself has notified the latter by means of a served writ or at the hearing that he is withdrawing from the further handling of the case.
De aangewezen advocaat blijft de partij vertegenwoordigen totdat hetzij door haar een andere advocaat bij de Hoge Raad is aangewezen bij aan de wederpartij betekend exploit, hetzij de advocaat zelf aan deze laatste bij betekend exploot of ter zitting heeft aangezegd, dat hij zich aan de verdere behandeling der zaak onttrekt.
